The staff are friendly, and everything works. The rooms are not large, but adequate. At this location there is a nice family hot spring spa right next store, for which the hotel sells discount tickets. I complained to staff asking that at least windows be opened but nothing was done. Also, the mattress was painfully hard and the wifi was terrible. The room wifi turned off every few minutes and there was no wifi available in the lobby.
