"I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times and this stay was a disappointment. In my room, the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. My TV only received a signal from one station. On the morning of my departure, housekeeping arrived before 9 am, knocked once and without waiting opened the door. Since checkout is 11 am I was surprised that housekeeping would let themselves in so early. I also never received a receipt for my stay. At the bar service was so slow I had to flag down a staff person twice to get a drink. A disappointing stay!"

"I remember this hotel when it was the Crown Placa. The hotel is clean, but you can tell it has seen better day's. The Junior Suite was large, but it had a funny smell. Not a really bad smell but like when you go in a old house. The hotel felt deserted, I never saw more then three people's at yhe same time. Theybtry to keep the hotel clean, but you can't fight the time off aging. "

"What a dump. I will never stay here again. This place should be condemned by the board of health. The curtains has holes and brown stuff was coming out the jacuzzi jets. Rust all over the bathroom. Not worth a single star. They shouldn't say breakfast included if it ends at 9. What a dump."

"Room dresser drawers would not close. Had to put the luggage stand in front of it. The closet back was coming apart. The bathroom had missing trim or tile behind the toilet."

"Parking was fine. But there was no breakfast despite a good breakfast having been advertised. Not very clean. No tea and coffee making in room. I tripped and fell on the uneven darkly carpeted outside corridor, hitting a brick wall."

"I usually stay at double trees becauseI find they are consistent quality. This particular double tree is in need of renovations. Its nothing terrible but just many little things adding up. The flange around the shower head wasn't attached to the wall so you can see the hole where the pipe goes in. The bathroom was clearly painted over wall paper. The peep hole on the door wasn't attached right so i had to rotate it around to make sure the peep hole was covered. I was there for 3 nights and there were multiple big greasy handprints on the window in the hall by the elevator that were never cleaned. One of the elevators wasn't functioning. My husband had to call one day because the toilet wasn't functioning (it was fixed while we were out). You need to ask for someone to let you into the little convenience store area, so there isn't anything readily available to eat after the morning buffet closes. Oh and you are paying for parking in their parking garage. None of that is all that terrible but also for 200 a night I expect a little better, or at least fewer issues. The staff were nice. The bed was comfy. It was close to where I needed to be (but not right in the middle of everything). I will probably try a different hotel next time I am in the area, but wouldn't go so far as to say I would never stay there again - particularly if renovations occur."

"My room was very large and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of items. The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel were very nice too. Parking was ample. "
