"Good hotel and good value for the area. Just wish they had air suction units in the bathroom. Gets so humid in there. Hotels treat smoking like its the plague so they bolt windows and don't have air units in bathrooms anymore lol RELAX! WE STILL NEED FRESH AIR AND DRY BATHROOMS"

"We supposedly got a renovated room but the paint job was horrible. The door was old. Hallway had a smell. The bathroom floor baseboards were not new, chipped and looked horrible. Staff that we saw in hallway just walked by without acknowledging us or the question I asked. From the check in to the elevator to get to rooms you have 2 sets of above 4 steps. Hard to navigate with luggage. "

"Not your typical Hampton Inn like you find in suburban locations. An older high rise converted to a Hampton Inn. But had all the things you rely on at a Hampton Inn. Great breakfast, including their traditional waffles! Room was spacious and clean. Fitness center was small but first rate. Attached Italian restaurant was excellent. First time here, would return on next visit to Stamford area"

"The Beds & pillows were great! The room was clean. My biggest negative was the security. The Staff at the desk, all 3 times I walked back into the hotel in the evenings, never lifted their heads to say 'hello', 'welcome back' or more importantly, never acknowledged my presence!! I am a Realtor who travels. This can be rectified by the proper guidance of the proper manager."

"TV didnt work, MSNOW not available. Front desk sent a technician who tried to fix this, after he left the TV stayed in a snowstorm. Blower nonstop wit( cool air, not controllable except by blocking the vent. Sink not draining. Breakfast was delicious and reasonable, though because of my complaints, it was offered to me gratis"

"The hotel location and staff were nice! I personally wasn't a huge fan of the room. Reason being- The room was old and wasn't to my standards. The sprinkler head was coming from the wall, and there must have been a lot of condensation around the windows."

"We love the Lloyd when we are visiting Stamford, the location is so convenient and the rooms are well decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathrooms are great and the shower is hot."

"The cleaning is very poor. The bathroom was full of hair and poorly cleaned; the soap, conditioner, and shampoo were on a completely filthy wall, and the air conditioner was filthy. For people who prioritize cleanliness, this hotel is not recommended."
