Fantastic stay here- kids loved it. TheIs spacious villa was very clean, in a good area near to the beach shops and restaurants and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend The host was also very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. Thanks!

Lovely villa

A Beautiful villa with everything you would need.

Villa was great, so well equipped and spacious. Pool is lovely, great size and a really nice temperature. It's in a nice area, not far from the beach. 3 shops and a nice selection of restaurants just a 5 min walk. The owner was very friendly and super helpful.

Perfect!

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely villa. It was extremely clean and very well Equipped. Our host was always quick to reply and helpful and the lovely lady that cleaned the villa could not be more helpful. Easy walk to shops/ bars and restaurants- bus stop close by if you don’t fancy the walk into Playa Blanca. Highly recommend!

Very Nice place to be

We were on May 2024 in this house. Everything was perfect From the entrance to the exit. The house is pleasant, well equiped. The swimming pool is very clean and nice ! Our guest gave us all the information needed before, during the 2 weeks we spent. I will be a pleasure to come back again !!!

Lovely villa for a relaxing holiday

We had a lovely week at the villa. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing. A short walk away are some lovely restaurants and bars and a coupke of supermarkets. Communication was great all the way from booking, arrival instructions, during our stay and on departure. The welcome book at the villa provided really information on the local area and recommendations which was really useful as we had never visited the area before. The villa has everthing you need and would definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well equipped Villa

The villa was very comfortable with a very good standard throughout. There is nothing more that we could have asked for. Walter is a very responsive host and is only too willing to assist. We encountered a problem with the pool / water filter but Walter was very helpful. A relaxing holiday, in a quiet location, 5 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants at Faro Park. Wonderful villa

The villa is absolutely wonderful and exactly as described. It's perfect for a family. The villa is situated on a nice and secluded part of the Playa Blanca resort with no passing traffic and is very quiet. The villa is well equipped and the pool is lovely and warm. It's about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and there are some nice restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. The owner Walter is extremely helpful and answers questions promptly. Would definitely stay again.

2 Weeks in Lanzarote

Great villa and perfect check in. One or two minor issues. Nobody mentioned that the villa attached to the rental was having major work done so we experienced a couple of days of a jack hammer and constant banging for a few hours. Not what we wanted as we had to see the local GP for my husband and he advised rest and quiet!!! Also during this work the sink was blocked for 36 hours. The neighbour was quite "offish" when he brought the plumber round to "blow through" both properties. All in all we enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in Lanzarote which was a first visit to the island.

Tolle Zeit in gemütlichem Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Zunächst einmal möchte ich mich bei Wouter bedanken, der während der ganzen Aufenthaltsdauer als Kontakt zur Verfügung stand und sich jede Frage oder jedes Anliegen zu Herzen nahm und darum kümmerte. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienwohngegend. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ausreichend groß und bietet auch ausreichend Platz zum Be- und Entladen. Das Grundstück ist mit vielen einheimischen Planzen begrünt und bietet für jeden ein Eckchen zum Abschalten. Der Pool ist sehr schön, ausreichend groß und solarbeheizt. Der Wintergarten bietet auch bei windigen Tagen ausreichend Schutz und Gemütlichkeit. Grandios sind die im Wintergarten angebrachten Lautsprecher, die mit der Stereoanlage verbunden sind. Die Kombination aus Wintergarten, Sonnenmarkise, Sonnenschirmen, Liegen und Pool läßt für einen entspannten Urlaubstag keine Wünsche offen. Ja, die Villa ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das macht sie gerade so wohnlich. Sie ist nicht clean, unpersönlich und kalt. Sie ist gemütlich, toll ausgestattet und heißt einen als Gast willkommen. Die Villa verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein Wohnzimmer und einer tollen neuen Küche mit Hauswirtschaftsraum. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über Fliegengitter und sind separat zu belüften. Die beiden Bäder sind auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, dienen der Körperhygiene allerdings genauso, wie die neusten Bäder. Die Küche ist neu renoviert und bietet jeglichen Komfort, den man auch von zuhause aus kennt.

excellent sejour, maison superbe

Nous avons passé un sejour exceptionnel dans la maison de Walter qui est tres bien équipée (rien ne manque) et d un super confort pour notre famille La literie est tres bonne, la piscine est chauffée, l emplacement est proche des plages et commodités. nous sommes venus en avril et le temp est magnifique sans trop de monde sur les routes et les plages. je recommande et espere pouvoir y retourner 😄

Home from Home Villa

We have stayed at the property three times now and are booked again for next year. The villa is lovely with a superb pool and outdoor area. The facilities are excellent, new kitchen this year too! The owner is friendly and checks everything is ok. The location is perfect, bars and shops and the wonderful rocks and beaches all within a ten minute walk. A quiet part of the island but with Playa Blanca only a ten minute bus ride away.

Schöne Woche im Ferienhaus

Wir (3 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß (im Sommer eher recht warm), die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das eine Zimmer hat das Fenster zum Wintergarten hin, weshalb es sich trotz offenem Wintergarten, eher schlecht lüften/abkühlen lässt. Playa Blanca ist im Prinzip eine große Ferienhaussiedlung. Walters Haus liegt eher am Rand, was angenehm ruhig war. Und trotzdem sind in Laufnähe gute Restaurants und zwei kleine Supermärkte. Danke für die nette Betreuung! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Erholsamer, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich geräumig. Insbesondere was die Küchenaustattung angeht, fehlte es an nichts. Leider sind nicht alle in der Beschreibung enthaltenen Ausstattungsmerkmale auch für den Mieter verfügbar (z.B. Fahrräder, Boot?). Der auf den Fotos abgebildete Steinofen war leider nur zur Deko. Die Unterkunft ist auch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, deshalb würde ich eher 4 von 5 Sternen als realistisch ansehen. Der Vermieter war bei Nachfragen gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Agréable maison, très bien équipée

La maison est située dans un lotissement mais sans promiscuité avec les voisins. Elle est très confortable et dispose de tous les équipements utiles à un bon séjour : cuisine avec tout le matériel possible, barbecue, DVD, piscine, salon de jardin, véranda... Nous avons trouver, en arrivant, beaucoup de consommables laissés par le propriétaire : lessive, pastille pour le lave-vaisselle, huile, vinaigre, charbon de bois... C'est bien utile. Pour quatre ou cinq adultes, elle constitue un bonne location bien qu'elle soit située tout au sud, un peu loin des points touristiques majeurs. A noter : elle porte le numéro 22 dans la résidence... qui n'est pas à côté des numéros 20 et 21.

Wonderful House but needs to hire a new cleaner

The property itself is wonderful, just like the pictures, ample space for a family, with a well equipped kitchen, dining room, outside area with a lot of spa e to relax and unwind. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, exactly as described. The only problem i had was needing to clean it upon arrival. The cleaner appears to just come in and wipe with a damp cloth. Months of built up dust ontop of cabinets, muck around the sink, hairs on the bidet, crusted something on the pillowcase on my bed. Owner did offer to send the cleaner back, but I preferred to do it myself to feel safe. Not ok really post Covid. Otherwise the house was perfect, and I would actually stay again as it was ideal, I'd just stress the need for a proper clean. Owners communication was very good, clear directions and fast replies.

Beautiful villa

As we had stopped before we knew what to expect. The villa has everything you need, the pool area is very private and everything you need is within 5 minutes walking distance. We have booked to go again next year which says it all!!
