Villa La Nueva is a semi-detached 3 bedroom villa located in an attractive residential area of Playa Blanca. An impressive villa with contemporary features, it has a private pool surrounded by a striking lava stone wall and plenty of relaxing terrace space. Playa Blanca is a 20 minute walk from the villa, where you can find ample shops, seafront eateries and local bars to try. The chic Rubicon marina is just 5 minutes' drive away and has stylish boutiques, cocktail bars and impressive yachts moored all season. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.   
  
Villa La Nueva has a great location in Playa Blanca, set in a residential area, but conveniently just a 20 minute walk from this vibrant resort centre. There is an inviting choice of shops, seafront restaurants, local bars, and a sandy beach to enjoy. Rubicon Marina is just a 5 minute drive away, with many stylish boutiques, upmarket cocktail bars and impressive yachts. Playa Dorada has a sweeping sandy bay, perfect for relaxing by the sea and is less than 20 minutes' walk away.
