• The maximum capacity of the property is 6 people, distributed across 3 bedrooms.



• Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms, has an additional cost and operates via a coin box, allowing guests to control their consumption during their stay.



• The private pool has an optional climate control system, available upon request and with an additional daily charge. We recommend requesting this service in advance so that the water can reach a pleasant temperature upon your arrival.



• Bed linen, one set of bath towels per person and pool towels are provided.



• Cot available upon request.



• The villa is located within a gated residential complex, whose access is controlled by a security code provided to guests.



• For security reasons, the property is equipped with an ADT alarm system with motion sensors and external cameras, used for surveillance of the property outside of guest occupancy periods.
