Villa Arena has a contemporary feel and a desirable central location in Playa Blanca with all you need for a great holiday. The resort centre is 10 minutes' walk away, where you will find plenty of shops, and a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. What's more the beach is within strolling distance from this stylish villa. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, WiFi and pool heating are included.  
  
Villa Arena is a semi-detached villa situated on a corner plot of a residential area of Playa Blanca, around 10 minutes' walk from a host of amenities in the resort centre. Playa Dorada, the nearest sandy beach, is also around 10 minutes away on foot. The lively Rubicon Marina is around 5 minutes' drive from the villa, with a number of chic shops, places to eat and activities. You could also catch the ferry from the harbour and spend a day in Fuerteventura!
