Gorgeous, massive 6 bed, 6 bathroom luxury villa with a lavish heated pool, stunning sea views, a covered BBQ deck with darts, and a tranquil Canarias palm garden on a plot of over1,154 m². The villa has been renovated with a new and expanded sea viewing deck by the pool area, a brand new atrium and living rooms, and a newly refurbished studio with its own kitchen and independent entrance. Each of the 6 spacious double bedrooms has a contemporary design and its own ensuite bathroom. The main living room boasts a vaulting ceiling with a marble bar, a 65" Hitachi LED smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, Youtube, and Disney+, a pool table, and plenty of comfortable seating. The villa also benefits from blazing fast fibre optic internet which provides speeds of up to 300 Mbps, enough for many devices to simultaneously stream and work. The living room leads into a double height vaulted atrium which houses a brand new secondary lounge area where guests can relax to views of the sea, a games area with an air hockey table, and an additional dining table for meals or casual working. The generous kitchen is well-equipped with a Nespresso machine, an American style double door fridge freezer, a blender, and a large dining table. Outside, a shaded pergola offers an al fresco dining and BBQ area with stunning views of the sea and across to Fuerteventura island. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the 10 meter solar heated swimming pool, which is the perfect place to do laps or cool off between sunbathing on the elevated sun deck. For families with babies, we can provide baby cots and high chairs. The villa is in an exclusive and quiet residential area just a short walk to the the nearest local beach or to the Montana Roja hiking trail where explorers can enjoy the stunning views from the top. Flamingo beach, Aqua Lava water park, and the town centre of Playa Blanca are just a few minutes drive away and there is a taxi stand around the corner from the villa. There is a new public park with two tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a basketball court and playground just 15 to 20 minutes walk away which can be used free of charge. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway with additional free parking in the cul de sac in front of the property. Lanzarote Airport is 30 minutes away by car (34 km). The swimming pool is heated by an ecological heating system using solar panels and has a cover which maintains a comfortable temperature of the water to 26/27 degrees if properly covered at night. Requests to increase the water temperature will require additional electric heating which has an extra cost of 50€/day. Please note that the villa is situated in an exclusive residential area and is not suited to loud parties. Renaissance Villa was far enough away from the resorts for the family not to be disturbed by them but close enough for easy access to the beaches and the water park to get there easily and quickly. The facilities were excellent and the kids loved the games room, lovely pool and after a busy day would sometimes chill out to watch the large wall mounted TV. We had three cars with us and were able to park without any bother. Montana Roja just a very short walk away. A must do trip for young and old. Thoroughly recommend. ##### Colin M. The villa has recently had a new kitchen / diner fitted which is very nice and modern and functional. The rest of the villa is more than adequate but if i was picky i would say that it could do with updating especially now as it has the new kitchen (maybe the owners already have this plan in the pipeline as they have already invested in brand new kitchen) The location of the villa is great, it has very nice views and the pool area is a great sun trap. There is a local shop which is only 5 mins walk from hotel and a 20/25 min walk will get you to the beach and restaurants etc. Overall this villa is a good villa that comfortably accommodates a large group of people and has everything you will need . The owners are very nice and keep in touch in case there’s any issues or anything that you may need plus when we arrived they had left all the essentials that you may need as soon as you arrived like milk, tea, coffee, eggs, bread etc etc to save you having to rush straight out and purchase ##### Dave H. We stayed over the christmas period, and the added touch of a christmas tree was very much appreciated. The pool area in particlar was a great hit with ample sunbeds and a large sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped. As a large party the villa provided us with everything we required and was large enough for us to not feel as though we were on top of one another, whilst providing fantastic areas to gather together for the christmas festivities. We had our grandchildren with us so the pool table , air hockey , dart board and other games were well received . The swimming pool is large and lovely temperature and the outdoor seating area is fantastic. Nothing to not like about this villa . If I really had to be fussy my only suggestion would be air con in the bedrooms but to be fair they all have fans and with doors open and flowing air it wasn’t too bad .
