The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool and Hot Tub. Entering the villa you are welcomed in to the hallway which to the right leads to the kitchen, lounge and then to the left it leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Starting with the bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of wall robe space and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom again with a bedside cabinet, reading lamp and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday and is equipped to a standard you would expect with this beautiful villa. Including, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has a large wide screen TV with IPTV system in place, which gives plenty of UK, French, Spanish & German channels (including BBC, ITV, SKY, SKY Sports & SKY Movies). There is also a DVD player (DVD’s not supplied). From the lounge you can walk out to the terrace and pool area. There is plenty of room for sun bathing on the sun beds or even having a BBQ and enjoying some Al Fresco dining. The private pool is electrically heated and is approximately 8m x 4m in size. Perfect for cooling down on those hot Lanzarote days. Residential Zafiro is only a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Faro Park and there is a regular bus service which runs in to Playa Blanca. Alternatively for the more active guests, it is possible to take a leisurely walk to the nearest beach or into Playa Blanca or even Marina Rubicon along the promenade and enjoy some sea air and stunning sea views. All in all, Villa Helena is a beautiful property set in a great location in Playa Blanca, perfect for couples or families. Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday. HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa. A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices. I’ll was very clean, well equipped and we enjoyed our stay We were disappointed that the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the bathroom doors DID’NT either close or lock. In fact the bathroom and en-suite had no locks. We were looking for a peaceful location and this property was ideal for us. The Villa was well equipped for our needs and the garden enabled us to enjoy a tranquil week in the sun. It was a nice touch providing a tablet loaded with useful info, as well as the welcome pack, but also appreciated our introductory visit to ensure all was satisfactory and provided us with assurance that if help was needed it was easily accessible. Having an alarm system also gave is a sense of security. We will definitely consider returning again next year. The pool is a good size and there were plenty of sun beds. The location is a bit further away from the shops and bars than we are used to but still only a 10 minute walk. There is a parking space at the side of the villa. When we requested more towels they promptly arrived. The staff who checked in with us were helpful and friendly. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at villa Helena. The villa wasn't ready for our arrival which the management seemed to know but didn't communicate this to us. A high wall around the garden/pool area makes it very private and secure. The villa is well-kept and very clean. The bathrooms are nicely presented and well-equipped, while the master bedroom has a particularly comfortable mattress. The area is very quiet and peaceful. English TV (including sports) is a welcome addition. Representatives from Villas Now were always contactable by phone, and quickly fixed a minor problem. Top tip: during daylight hours the shops and restaurants of Faro Park can be reached in around 5 mins using an unofficial but easily navigated path across 'rough ground'. We wanted to Stay at FARO, yet were unlucky to get accomodation there. Helena @ ZAFIRO was a great alternative to Faro kitechen appliences, cutley, china and china: we believe time to be updated.... The villa was well equipped - but see my comments about what could be improved. Good location (which we know anyway, we always base ourselves near in/around Faro Park). It was odd that there was no chopping board provided, nor any washing up liquid, pan scrubs or "J Cloths" when there is a request not to put the plastic crockery in the dish washer. We purchased all of these and have gifted them to the next occupants! Great location. Villas interior requires a little TLC. Following a windy few days the cleaners did not dust the villa. The villa was clean and well kept with all you need, A nice size pool with lovely garden area and patio. Inside, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the lounge area was good and had a TV with all the channels you need and the kitchen was equipped adequately. Altogether a very nice place to stay. You can even stroll straight to the centre of Playa Blanca - it takes about half an hour. The villa is fantastic and has everything you might need to to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
