The villa benefits from A/C, Electrically heated pool and a HOT TUB Villa Graciosa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms can be made up as either two double bedrooms (1 x king-size & 1 Super King) and 1 twin room, or as 1 double room (King bed) and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning (all A/C works on a coin operated system), along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is a shower room, with toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. It's fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. Out through the doors the other side of the kitchen you have a grassed area with a hot tub and a sofa and some plants. This is an open air area which allows you to soak up the sun or star gaze at night whilst enjoying the hot tub in the perfect climate Lanzarote offers. On exiting the kitchen, you arrive in the lounge. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 50" LCD TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + all of the Sky channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system. The villa also boasts unlimited Fibre internet (wireless) connection FREE of Charge. Exiting the lounge, brings you onto the south-facing sun terrace, which provides a sea view and in particular views of the lighthouse. The terrace has a beautiful stone table which has 6 very comfortable 'sun garden' chairs and a built in Canarian style BBQ, which is perfect for alfresco dining and watching the sunset. The sun terrace also overlooks the heated pool which has space for sunbathing on the sun loungers. The terrace has a pergola with inbuilt lighting, perfect for outdoor dining at any time of the day. Just before the BBQ starts there is a gate leading to a separate stairway which leads up to the roof terrace, this area is grassed and is an amazing large space with an uninterrupted view out to the sea and Fuerteventura. Villa Graciosa is located in the residential area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre, there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from. \_\_\_\_ Additional Villa Information: Air conditioning where available is coin-operated. There is a shaded seating area directly outside the main door which is good to chill and get a break from the sun. The rooftop bar relax area was superb both day and night. It has a fridge, bar, pool table and seating area with a big gas strip fire which was great at night. We requested a late checkout which was sorted out straight away for an extra fee. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay again. The villa was fab. It was clean when we arrived, we loved the welcome pack and how easy it was to find the villa, instructions from Villas Now before we arrived were so clear and helpful. When we got there the bed in the master bedroom was broken but this was sorted out straight away and our in resort contact was really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and we all loved it (2 adults with 2 21 year olds and a 17 year old) and the pool table. We would definitely recommend this villa if you like a quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the resort centre (it was a bit of a trek but the bus is cheap if you don't want to walk too much!) The tablet which was in the villa to find information didn't work but it didn't spoil our holiday but may have been useful. The villa was very clean on arrival (although we did keep finding plastic yellow ball bearings from a toy gun around the place). The welcome pack of basic essentials, including beer and wine was a nice touch. The roof terrace is excellent with great views and it's the kind of thing that makes you want to live out here longer term! The pool was lovely and warm and had the sun all day, although it's the first we've had a pool with sloped sides all round the bottom. The bbq grill level can be raised by a handle to adjust how close the food is to the heat, which was really good. You will need to hold it in place though otherwise gravity drops it back down. Top tip, use a 5L bottle of water to 'lock' the handle. The owners, or at very least the family looking after the property, live below / behind the property and were quickly on hand to help out or answer any questions in person. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with useful equipment that you’ve have in a house that’s ‘lived in’ rather than just a holiday let. The pictures in the advert for the villa are how it actually is (Sept 2023) with the exception of the day bed by the pool that wasn't there. The air conditioning is only available by coin payment. This should have been more obvious in the listing rather than a bracketed section in the description because the list of main features doesn't mention it. In a post COVID world where generally cash is used much less, let alone coins, this was a pain to keep feeding the meter. There's a tablet that apparently has information about the villa and the local area but it didn't work and no amount of turning it off and on again was going to fix it. The WhatsApp number on the printed sheet in the kitchen for the management company went unanswered. Overall, I’d recommend this villa but it’s likely to suit families rather than a couple looking for a luxury experience. Everything you need for an amazing holiday. Great size rooms, well equipped kitchen, brilliant sized pool and amazing roof top terrace. Well equipped villa, all you need in the kitchen, board games and we made lots of use of the pool table and hot tub. The tv package was useful for the cooler evenings in November. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa. No gas in the fire pit on the roof terrace which was a shame (may be this was a chargeable extra). The layout is a little disjointed but fine for adults. The pool area and villa were great but the rooftop seating area with pool table was just fantastic. The views over Playa Blanca and the sea were beautiful. All the rooms and bathrooms were in decent condition and could get any channel you wanted on the tv. The heated pool was just gorgeous. Couple of minor points. The curtains are quite light. Maybe blinds or net curtains may help (especially the one overlooking the road). There were only 4 sun beds for 5 of us. Was expecting the bed as shown in pictures but this has been replaced with 2 chairs and a table. Hot tub cover wasn’t in a great state and was cold first day so had to turn up temperature so wasn’t used for first 2 days. This is a really amazing villa, probably one of the best we have stayed in Playa Blanca. Very well equipped, super clean and spacious. We have stayed here before and the recent updates make what was already a great villa, amazing! The furnished roof terrace really is a brilliant addition. The location is peaceful and quiet and only a short 10 minute stroll (if that) to Flamingo Beach and a further 10 minutes to the main town. The ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated, particularly as we arrived late and all the shops were closed. Quick and easy correspondence and the booking experience was stress free and efficient. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our first visit was in 2020 during the Pandemic and the area was extremely quiet. The downside of the semi-detached villa is that you are very close to neighbours and if you are looking for complete privacy and peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. That was the only downside for us at this property. It had 3 very spacious bedrooms, sitting room and two bathrooms! The kitchen also had everything we needed and it was so clean! Any queries we had were answered very efficiently and the lady we dealt with was so lovely! Really nice place to stay and would like to go again.
