The Space:

Villa Cantium is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroomed villa set in the famous Los Buganvilleas, a well-maintained residential community with free-to-use tennis courts! Within walking distance of Playa Blanca’s vibrant centre this is the perfect villa for a truly amazing holiday!

Enter your holiday villa through a spacious entrance hall and you’ll find a stunning lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. To the East you have breathtaking views over the mountain ranges and to the South, you’ll take in views of the ocean and the nearby island of Fuerteventura.

The lounge area has comfortable sofas and a large Tv. It’s decorated with elegant and homely touches that instantly make you feel relaxed and at home.

A wooden dining area just off the lounge contrasts with the black granite look and the cool feel of the kitchen. This fully fitted kitchen is well-designed with integrated appliances, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a wide glass door at the far end which leads out to the terrace and pool area, making outdoor dining and the occasional top-up or ice cream as easy as can be!


Villa Cantium has a south-facing aspect and a pretty garden with colourful Buganvillia and local palms. Lazy days around a large, heated pool and evenings enjoying a Bbq together in that famous year-round Lanzarote warmth, make this the perfect Playa Blanca holiday villa.

The master bedroom is spacious and light with french windows leading to the garden area of the villa. Tastefully furnished with splashes of colour, the bedroom has a king-size bed and benefits from a modern ensuite bathroom with a shower.


Bedroom two is also light and spacious and has a similar decoration to the master bedroom. There’s a Kingsize bed and a large window with views to the front of the villa. It has its own bathroom complete with a bath and shower.


Recently converted twin bedrooms three and four are beautifully decorated and bathed in natural light. Carefully designed to maximize space, they share a modern and spacious shower room. In every bedroom, you’ll find air conditioning so you can stay cool on Summer nights.


Villa Cantium has the added extra of a further living area with a sofa (arriving Feb’23) and a desk, should you need to catch up or for working remotely, a ready-made office and chill-out space! There’s also WiFi throughout the villa!


Just a short walk from Los Buganvillas is a well-stocked, local shop for those everyday requirements. The bustling centre of Playa Blanca is within walking distance and has a rich selection of supermarkets and high-street stores for a spot of retail therapy!
