About this property

Ultra Modern Condo located in the Heart of Yachats! Walk to everything!

  • Sunset Villa is a newly appointed, modern Condo located in the heart of the Yachats Village. Enjoy a birds eye view from our wall of windows in the living room and kitchen area. Pour a glass of wine, unwind and watch the sunsets. We have a fully furnished kitchen, newly appointed with all that you need for cooking gourmet meals. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to our balcony. A great place to reflect and people watch. Access to town is super easy, once you arrive you may park and walk to all of the local shops, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach access is just a 10 minute walk from the Condo. After a day of exploring, take a soak in the jett tub and then enjoy a good night rest in our comfortable queen size beds each with down comforters. You won't want to leave! Located directly below our condo is a lovely wine bar which has live music several days per week. Sorry pets are not allowed.
