The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless.
Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall.
Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste.
So the big letdown was the grill.
Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!

"The hotel is not that close to universal studios but offers a free shuttle where they try to upsell you on stuff like raincoats and extra services in the 20min ride (totally optional tho).
