"I was disappointed about the amount of activity around the hotel. It felt like more of a night club than a nice hotel. The room was great but make sure you use a sound machine for sleeping because it can be loud. Ask to be on the quiet side of the hotel. Our in-room coffee/water was never refreshed without me having to call the front desk and ask. It seems like they should have a lounge on an upper floor for guests to get coffee, etc because it's not being replenished when the room gets cleaned. The rooftop pool was fine but servers in tiny pink bikinis just wasn't the vibe for me. Also, the house music starts at 10am up there so be prepared. The Kouboi restaurant is amazing and we would be happy to dine there again but overall the hotel just wasn't for us. Also, a self-parking option would be nice so that we could get our car on our own."

"I have to travel to Arizona often, and this is a reasonably priced option for long-term stays. The staff is delightful. I love the fact that they have a laundry room that's 24 hours. Breakfast is included. They have all sorts of an amenities that you would expect at more expensive hotel chains. The location of this Sonesta is ideal because you're within walking distance to virtually everything you need from groceries to bars and restaurants, to drugstores, etc.. "

"The room was clean but could use updating. Our bathroom door didn’t open and close properly. The a/c vent by the bathroom dripped water and made the floor wet and it smelled pretty musty. The refrigerator also didn’t work well at all and barely kept our water cold. Wish the room was a little over for the price paid. "

"Beautiful and well equipped property! We would highly recommend it to others. Excellent: towels, appliances, K-cups, supplies for bathing and laundry, pool and outdoor amenities. Need improvement: no reusable grocery bags, poor wine glass selection, better instructions on use of tv and exterior lights, need grab bars in tub/shower. grill tools missing, lighting over dining table poor, no good reading area, poor lights/furniture in living room."
