- Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The noise was really bad, you could hear every footstep and voice within 80 feet of your door, the place looked and felt like a motel for hipsters.

In the city centre, Hotel Adeline is in an area with good shopping. Old Town and Scottsdale Fashion Square are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Camelback Mountain and Desert Botanical Garden. Phoenix Zoo and OdySea Aquarium are not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the resort's central location.

Although this property was very pretty and clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was extremely nice, the bad part of my experience overshadowed that... My room was not ready on time even though I arrived an hour and a half after check in, so this made me late for the bday dinner I was attending. I had 12 friends with me all staying at other various properties, but who all wanted to check out the on site Speak Easy at my hotel. Well, that was a disaster. The bartender was high and drunk and EXTREMELY rude to me and my friends! Even making racial slurs to my Persian friend and insulting his wife’s EYELASHES. Yes, you heard that right, her eyelashes. We were paying customers and ALL OF US were tipping. We are all bar industry as well, so def not impressed.
