Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, von dem eine gerade, relativ breite Treppe mit 17 Stufen zur Wohnung hinaufführt. Hat man damit keine Probleme, dann ist die Wohnung Ideal gelegen zum See, zum APX und auch zur Xantener Innenstadt. Eine Anregung hätten wir noch. Bei der kleinen Treppe von der Küche zum Balkon ist links eine ziemliche Nähe zum Schiefer(?)dach, welche eine gewisse Gefahr darstellt, sich bei Unachtsamkeit zu "ratschen".
