"My husband and I stayed at Mottram Hall last week for two nights and we were upgraded to a lovely room but it was next to a fire door that was very noisy. We went to reception and spoke to the lovely Katy who kindly gave us another upgrade to an amazing room which was a lot quieter. The spa facilities were lovely and very clean. It has a lovely gym and pool area, unfortunately you do have to pay to use these and you are limited for times as a guest. You could use the facilities all day but...

room which was large and comfortable. In the morning a member of staff named Juan was walking past my room when I came out with my bags and offered to help me. He really went above and beyond. We were checked in by a gentleman from romania and checked out by a sikh gentleman both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The quality of staff was definitely excellent."
