Thanks to its ground-floor location and a total of 2 levels within the apartment (ground floor and basement), it is equally suitable for families and for guests who appreciate spacious living near the beach. The apartment is a non-smoking property; pets are allowed (max. 2), and babies and children are also welcome.

The living area consists of a living room with an open-concept kitchen, inviting guests to cook, eat, and relax together.
