It is actually a Japanese hotel. The rooms are very clean and services are good. The area is also nice, very close to lots of restaurants and old downtown. The staff is generally okay, with an exception of a one person at the reception desk who was a bit rude when asking for travel documents (other then passports) that even when entering China we didn't need to show and didn't need.
