  • Welcome to this bright holiday apartment near the Residenz, Ringpark, city centre, and the Main River. Three supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher shop, a pizzeria, a wine bar, and a really good Greek restaurant are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The Würzburg Süd train station, the tram, and several bus lines are also nearby, as is Sanderau University with its student cafeteria.

    The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. The small kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, and an electric kettle.
    The bed in bedroom 1 is 1.40 m wide.

Die Wohnung ist fußläufig vom Bahnhof Süd erreichbar, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sowohl Check in wie Out klappte alles super. Die Lage der Wohnung gab uns das Gefühl Würzburger zu sein nicht nur Tourist, der Weg zur Straßenbahn, am Bäcker und Metzger vorbei, abends bei der Rückkehr sehr ruhiges angenehmes Stadtviertel. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist das zweite Schlafzimmer, wer einen schnarchenden Partner dabei hat, wird hier mit Ruhe und Erholung belohnt. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, man hat Platz, eine Altbauwohnung nach unserem Geschmack, nicht alles in einen Raum gezwängt.
