Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. 'The Lumina' is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of Banks Channel. The Space: The Lumina is a fully renovated and professionally designed space up-fitted with our highest-end amenities including Parachute bedding, Parachute bath towels, Malin & Goetz soaps/hair products and is stocked with Casa-Blanca coffee! The Lumina perfectly balances luxury with a laid back surfer's retreat feel, portraying the two sides of what make Wrightsville Beach so desirable. The unit was very very clean and nicely appointed. It is on the main drag in the middle of a popular and congested area of town, which has its pluses and negatives. While the vibe is great, the noise from the restaurant downstairs was a at times a bit annoying, but nothing that the sound machines that were provided couldn't handle. The furniture and appliances are high quality. The hosts are very helpful. The location couldn't be better. It's steps from the beach, restaurants, groceries, beach rentals.
