"Family gathering returning to Wrightsville beach. We stayed at Blockade Runner a few years ago. We heard through friends that it had been renovated. We had enjoyed the outdoor area and tee beach previously but the inside was old. Nicely refurbished hotel. They need to publish how they take payment. ( upfront everything, partial payment for rooms or at desk on arrival but not soculent one thing and do another) "

"I loved staying at the surf suites . The best part was the view of the ocean with nothing in between. Wonderful beach for swimming and walking. Full kitchen, living room, full bath. Everything was very clean. Staff was great. I will definitely stay there again!"
