- Guest room 3: Queen bed with shared bath (walk-In shower)
- Guest room 4: Trundle bed (two twins or converts to a King), shares bath with Guest room 3
- Guest room 5: Bunk beds (twin-over-twin bunk), and crib. Portable crib also available.

Planning an extended WINTER stay? With two dedicated workspaces, a private fitness room, elevator, and fully equipped chef's kitchen, the home is equally suited for month-long coastal escapes, remote work, or temporary relocation. Inquire for seasonal rates, we'd love to host you!

RENTAL INFORMATION:
-Weekly rentals (Saturday–Saturday) are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Flexibility in August.
- Extended winter escapes are available. Please inquire about special options for 30-60 day off-season rental.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
-Gatherings of more than 15 guests require prior approval and a $500 event fee.
-Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with a $400 per-pet fee.
-This is a non-smoking property.
