The Neighborhood:

Developed in the 1920s, South Harbor Island is Wrightsville Beach's most picturesque neighborhood. Mature live oaks, sidewalk streets and waterfront neighborhood parks make it ideal for riding bikes, launching a paddle board and catching the sunset. This is a family-friendly, close-knit neighborhood, so please be respectful of neighbors.

Cabana South sits on one of the most walkable streets on Wrightsville Beach, and most attractions are walkable or bike-friendly. Bike, surfboard and paddleboard rentals are nearby. Parking is available for 2 vehicles (or 3 smaller cars). Downtown Wilmington is about 20 minutes by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

1. No events or parties without prior approval from Mira-Mar Vacation Rentals.

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles (or 3 smaller cars).

6. NO PETS. Any service animal paperwork must be submitted at the time of booking.
