The Holiday is steps from Beach Access 12 on N. Lumina Ave and a short walk to city centre Wrightsville Beach restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Loop.



Getting Around:

Walk or bike to the beach and city centre Wrightsville Beach. With a 4-car garage, 2 driveway spots and a Tesla charger, parking is easy. City centre Wilmington is about 20 minutes by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES or exceeding the guest limit (STRICT)

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. NO PETS



**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true service animals.
