But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out.
Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable.

"3pm was check in but had to wait for 2hrs till we got to our room. They did give us complementary dinner! We were very thankful for that! This place is beautiful and the staff are all very nice!!! I will return! Oh and the best thing was the beds, was like sleep on a cloud!!!! "
