Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Never had the chance to check-in. The hotel could not be located based off the address provided. Then when calling unable to reach anyone. I had to contact hotels.com and they could hardly contact anyone. Kept getting a busy tone. Finally when they got in contact with someone the manager gave a different number to call on that is not listed. They got rid of my room claiming they held it long enough.
