The room was not as described and they wouldn't accommodate us with what was stated online without more money. The staff was great. The breakfast was mediocre they don't offer any meats with it. They kept changing the prices for food on the menu. The atmosphere was pretty.

The staff are amazing. The 3* rating is specifically because of management policies and the weirdest encounter of being charged the equivalent of $10 USD before they'd allow checkout for a tissue box that we didn't have, and they couldn't locate. I stayed there for 26days, effectively a month. Staff are phenomenal, kind, friendly, helpful. Gate guards kept the place safe and patrolled at all times, cleaners were extremely friendly and efficient, reception was helpful and welcoming. Management policies resulting in...what I can only interpret as a last ditch effort to squeeze out an extra $10 from me before checking out, after spending $1500 USD for the stay, was absolutely insane. There were signs, a broken / slanted end table with a vase on it and a note saying you're charged $100 USD for any broken items, etc etc. It was obvious enough we just put the vases / traps safely in a cupboard for the duration of our stay. And still some weirdness about a tissue box at the end despite our precautions. A weird and avoidable ending that was just unpleasant. Will stay elsewhere on my return, which sucks, because the staff were all so cool it'd be a pleasure to have returned.

The property is in a very serene area, we were welcome well with very polite and experience staff, Vincent a very young man, staff of the accommodation, full of life with a can do spirit, come to talk of the General Manager Precious a Lady Down-to-earth,goes miles to make sure we are comfortable on our stay, upon our arrival a portal staff was helping us to move our stuff to our apartment, and Precious met the portal staff by the stairs carrying loads, but what she did surprised me, Lady Precious actually took some of the bags from the portal staff and actually help him to carry the bags upstairs. Not a lot of GM will do that. Lady Precious I salute Kudos 👏 💐 Overall Great Atmosphere and we shall be back again and again 😀 😊

The room I stayed in needs fumigation, as there were tiny roaches moving around. I was also placed on the top floor of a building with no elevator, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, I appreciated that they called ahead to confirm breakfast preferences. However, the food quality was poor, I couldn't eat the breakfast and eventually declined the complimentary option. Also, avoid ordering juice, as you would get a small 125ml pack of Chi Exotic. The door didn’t lock from the inside initially, though this was resolved after I reported it. Lastly, they need to update their address on the app, as it made locating the property unnecessarily difficult.
