The cabin was very clean, very comfy and plenty of room. Hot tub was a nice place to spend the evening. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.
Really nice place right on the river. The deck was great for relaxing by the river and the spot to take off the river at the site was perfect for floating the river.
This riverside cabin is comfortable with three bedrooms, a spacious living area, and full kitchen. Perfect for groups and families. Conveniently located on the south end of town and close to restaurants and the state park, etc
This is such an amazing cabin right along the river. Location could not be better, especially if you are spending your days on the river floating. What makes staying here even better is the owner of the property, Dusty. Great guy and he genuinely cares about making your stay an enjoyable one.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, each room had a variety of pillows so there was something for everyone. We visited Yellowstone, the military vehicle museum and the dinosaur museum plus got in plenty of relaxation. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of their stuff. Would definitely stay again if needed. Communication with the owner was always timely and helpful.
We really enjoyed our ladies retreat at the cabin on the river. Even though the weather was yucky and snowy, it was fun to be together and the hot tub felt great. We will definitely book this Vrbo again!
This is our third summer starting at this property. We love the location, and the owners are responsive and great to work with. Check out was a breeze!!
Everything we needed was there, including towels and shampoo, some spices and it was easy to be there. If you love a sunny living room and relax by a river with waterfowl quacking right out your patio door, well then this is it!
Awesome cabin for a family get together! Perfect house set up. Beautiful river view. Host had extra supplies available that we did not expect. We were there in the winter with snow, can't wait to book again in the summer.
We have stayed at Hot Springs Cabin before and plan to make it an annual adventure. Thermopolis is such a fun home base to venture out each day and this wonderful cabin is amazing to come back to. The cabin and location on the Bighorn River couldn't be more perfect. Plus you get to see lots of wildlife which is always fun. We'll be back next year for sure.
We enjoyed the cabin! Pretty cold this time but we love the area and this cabin! Enjoyed the hot tub and just relaxing at the friendly/ homey cabin! We love the cabin! Always a great place! Thank you for always allowing us to enjoy the freedom of coming and going cooking and resting and enjoying the wild life!
Loved place. Owner nearby and receptive to any issues! Great communication! Comfortable beds, couches, deck furniture! Loved, loved, loved it! Would go back!
This property is a jewel! The "cabin" feel appeals to the guys while the kitchen appeals to the girls. We have been at this property 3 times now and will return again. The fire pit and the hot tub get used every time we are there. We love watching the sunset over the river. We LOVE being dropped off right at the back door after a day of fishing. Everything is so easy and convenient!
The host was great and the cabin was very well appointed. We enjoyed being by the river. BUT....We only got to use the hot tub once. Rusty had to come clean it so we could use it. The grill was filthy and rusted out. We did not get to use it at all, even though Rusty "cleaned" it up as much as he could.. The outside bar stool seats were shredded. We couldn't get the fire pit to light.
Nice location on the river with a nice deck, with firepit and hot tub. Good communication with owner. Difficulty initially with not having tv remote and hot tub being dirty, but that was addressed the next morning. Small town with limited offerings but enjoyed the hot springs, floating on river and went to see the petroglyphs outside of town. River is accessible from property, rocky and inaccessible along most of edge with small access area also used by rental company. House has lots of basics which is great - plenty of towels but also kitchen spices and supplies. Thank you!
This place is just perfect. The owners have thought of everything to make a few days escapade a loving vacation. The little details, like shampoo/ conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. A shelf with makeup remover and cottons if you forgot some essentials, all the condiments in the fridge, the little mints for you as a welcome gift. The large spacious well thought sofas in the living area. The hot tub, all the comfy chairs outside. There's no shortage of towels, and the generosity makes you want to use just what you need. This place gives.
It was sparkly clean when we arrived. The view is splendid. If we come back to thermopolis, this will be the place we stay at.
Thank you for your generosity at heart, it shows through the place you rent out.
We and our cousins came from four states, and this cabin made for the ultimate reunion.
We loved that not only were all the linens supplied, but also the condiments and spices. We've never stayed anywhere that did that before.
Our only desire would be better lighting in the cabin overall, especially the kitchen. Since we were all 64 and over, this might just be us, but it made cooking a little difficult. Perhaps some lighting under the cabinets. Additionally, there were a few lights in the bedrooms where the bulbs appeared to be burned out.
Great place and next time I want to float the river.
Thank you for providing such an awesome place to relax and reconnect.
