Guest Verification: Before check-in, guests may be asked to complete a short verification process through the portal. Damage Protection Options: During verification, guests can choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable deposit is £300 for stays of up to 27 nights and £500 for stays of 28 nights or longer. The deposit is authorised against your payment method but is not normally taken from your bank account and is released after check-out, provided no charge is required. If any amount needs to be captured from the deposit, a small processing fee will apply.
