Staff were friendly and efficient and the standard hamper breakfast brought to the door on time. "Lovely old (Tudor?) building with traditional wooden features, heaps of unique character and a charming pub on the ground floor! Staff were friendly and efficient and the standard hamper breakfast brought to the door on time. No parking as located in city centre but therefore walkable to many touristic amenities and facilities. Would happily stay again and recommend to others."

"Absolutely awful, wouldn't even give it a star, the property was dirty, unclean, a building site at the back. Old vegetables and milk left in the fridge, kitchen hadn't been cleaned. No plug to wash up. Dirty pants and clothing left down the side of the beds. I could go on, worst experience ever! Photos on the website totally misleading "
