Eben in an excellnt host. He is very attentive and responsive to guest questions and needs.This property gave us plenty of room for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The bed offered a good night's sleep and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again when we visit family in MA.

Quiet & Clean Place in Shrewsbury

Great place to stay if you are in the area and need quick access to the New England Baseball Complex for club ball games. Home was super clean & comfortable, much better then having to stay in a hotel for 3-4 nights. The place is about a 40 minute ride to Boston for sightseeing and a quick 10 minute drive to Worcester for some nice places for dinner and lunch. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had. We will be staying here again next year if we are in the area for another baseball tournament.

Host is Terrific - Dog Friendly - Comfortable Bed!

The house was exactly as described and the bed was amazing which was a nice surprise. Eben is quick to respond to any questions, and we met him when he was there taking care of the yard. He is a really nice person who goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable. This is a multi-unit property and also very quiet, we never really heard our neighbors. There's a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs with a nice park nearby (I believe a retirement community). I would highly recommend this location and I will stay again on my next visit to the Boston area.

Clean, well appointed, responsive host

We were here for 3 weeks over the holiday season. There are three units in the building, this one is the first floor in the front. There is a unit above this one, and another behind it. Everything was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. The host Eben was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions that arose. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for a short stay. It was a great setup for the dogs, as we had access to the back yard through the back porch. Roku TV had everything we could want to watch. The location is great -- near the village center of Shrewsbury, all the shopping we could want on Route 9 and Route 20, close to Wegmans, and near the highways. We look forward to staying here again.

Shrewsbury Apartment

Eben was really responsive. Check in and access was great. Apartment is downstairs and has an additionsl apartment above and another beside. Was generally clean and tidy. Is a 'do up'. Bench in the kitchen could do with a shampoo. First night was great and then guests moved in upstairs. They were incredibly loud and smoked so we're up and down countless times by the spinning stairs and shared front door. We messaged Eben who advised them but sadly didn't make any difference. This really marred our stay. This is not the fault of the owner. Walls thin so we could hear every conversation they had. Woke us up early every day and left their cigarette butts at the front door!
