Sweet Spot on the Lake

Christine was very welcoming and accommodating with our family and group as we celebrated a college graduation, and two birthdays on her beautiful property. Each room has temperature controls, including the primary bath, and our family felt relaxed throughout our stay.

Wish we had spent a little more time on the property (we did a road trip daily to see the leaves change). This is such a great location, amazing view, and the rental had a lot of space for parking and for us to have 5 people stay comfortably. Highly recommended!

Just duckie!

What a lovely property! We thoroughly enjoyed our week and spent 90% of our time relaxing under the trees watching the lake. The family of ducks who would visit was very entertaining. If you want to enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place.

We loved everything with the location, beautiful property and lake access. House was clean and more than spacious for five adults. The only disappointment was both queen beds were to soft and the twin beds were hard as bricks. However, we would absolutely rent again!!

Relaxing home with everything you need

The house was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family. My mother, who uses a walker, was able to get around the house without any issues. The lake and outside are was very relaxing and comfortable.

Five years of memories made

We have been coming here for 5 years. It is our "lakehouse" as our granddaughter puts it. Small town with good eateries. We also like to drive to West Boyleston to get yummy baked goods and great Italian food! We also love to go bowling in Spencer at the local bowling alley. Just so perfect for our family. Christine and Pete, the owners are the very best!

Relaxing place to stay.

Our stay at the lake property was very relaxing. The lake was pristine and nice to swim and walk in. Everything about the yard was great, from the seating, to the soft, squishy grass and landscaping. Plus the outdoor floating toys, row boat and paddle boat made it so fun! We just loved it! The home had all we needed to be comfortable and the space was just perfect. It was especially nice to have a laundry on site and also a gas grill! We would definitely stay here again. Also a plus was having a friendly host who was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time at the lake home!

Great location on the lake

We had 5 adults and we loved the lake even though my husband didn't catch any fish. He tried all kinds of bait but they just weren't biting. The twin bed mattresses were perfect and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. I'm glad that I brought my own pillow and some extra towels. Our favorite area was the backyard. The ducks visit several times a day.

Wonderful Lake Retreat

We had such a wonderful time at this house. Christine is a perfect host and had good communication throughout. Check-in was a breeze. The layout of the house is fabulous: spacious and clean with great amenities. The views from the backyard over the lake are spectacular. Swimming, boating, and relaxation in a huge backyard that was all to ourselves. We also made use of the games and puzzles. We hope to come back before too long.
