"Staff was very nice in every department. We were welcomed by Yuki at the front drive. Very upbeat and friendly, always needed a pleasant arrival especially after a long international flight. At the front desk Airi was also warm and very friendly. She provided recommendations around the area on where to eat and walk around. Both ladies are amazing team members for the hotel.
