The house is beautifully decorated, the beds and linens very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, even with a bread maker and all the needed ingredients. It was such a help to have bread, eggs, butter, milk and juice waiting for us upon our arrival. The owner emailed us many helpful hints about the area and assisted even before we arrived. Being within distance to Blenheim Palace was a lovely bonus. We didn’t rent a car so depended on taxis and the train from Oxford which all worked out. The house is gorgeous, really spacious and well furnished. Lots of attention to detail and high quality furnishings - the bed was very comfortable, hotel quality bed linens, proper blinds and curtains that keep the light out and a lovely welcome pack. Location-wise, it was super, an easy walk to the beautiful Blenheim park, and a short drive to lots of lovely pubs and restaurants. The house was very clean with nice touches such as fresh flowers, home baked bread and farm eggs. The owners live next door and were very personable and gave us helpful tips.
