"Easy, safe walk to buses, trains, central shopping, South Bank and river walk. Pleasant and extremely helpful staff. Prefer not to have minibar items in my room as they just take up space and, for me, detract from the relaxed vibe."

"Property was close to everything and great breakfast. They should post the internet wifi details on the wall or on a card on the desk in the room. When I went and complained, I watold it was on the TV which was supposed to be turned on when I came in. So you are supposed to know to turn the TV on if it is not on and hunt for it on the TV, which is a bit far fetched. "
