Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets. The facilities - pantry on every floor, laundry room, cardio machines, gym and yoga rooms - are impressive compared with the affordable price we paid. This is my third stay in three years. Still enjoyed South Nest a lot. Here is the thing! They started to rigidly require the perfect match between guest name and the official name on passport. Even though they recognized it’s my third time staying there, they refused to let me check in. Expedia’s Hong Kong Office couldn’t do anything, nor the AI chat-box of their online platforms (website or app). I arrived late at night after 20+ hours of flights. It took over an hour waiting for them to finally let me in! Expedia and the hotel management not only failed me but also their staff!!
