We arrived on an early morning flight, traveling with a newly turned three-year-old, and Joy Drilon kindly arranged for us to access our room early so we could rest. That gesture alone meant so much to our family. On my daughter’s birthday, Joy went above and beyond. She prepared a beautiful birthday cake featuring my daughter’s favorite princess, Elsa, along with Elsa balloons, a lovely Shangri-La teddy bear Tony and Chef Sam, and even a framed family photo to commemorate the occasion. Every detail was thoughtful and heartfelt. Seeing the joy on my daughter’s face made the entire experience priceless. We are deeply grateful for the warmth, care, and genuine hospitality shown to our family. Thank you for making her 3rd birthday so magical and memorable. If you are traveling with children, I would highly recommend staying on the 45th floor at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong.
