"I had a wonderful stay at Shama Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean, the views were insane, and the beds were extremely comfortable. "Stayed at The Emperor Hotel for 9 consecutive nights. Room was fine, comfortable bed, strong A/C. Staff was very helpful, swapped out our mini fridge that wasn't working. Cleaners were always wanting to clean our room and restock supplies. If you opt for the breakfast option, it is a very well appointed, with all the usual breakfast fare, including eggs how you want (scrambled, fried, omelette, hard boiled, etc). The only 'con' that we saw, was the hallway carpets were stained, possibly by a previous flood. And they were renovating their restaurant on the 2nd floor while we were there. All in all, would stay there again, as it was easy to access transportation with buses out front, and the Tram within a 5 minute walk. "

"The room was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has a full shower with a glass wall that looks out into the bedroom and can be covered by a draw curtain for privacy. A nice feature in the room was that there was a large filtered water machine that could be plugged in along with an electric hot water pot to boil hot water. Amenity kits included personal cotton swabs, cotton pads to remove makeup, disposable toothbrushes, body lotions, and mini sewing kits. "
