Relax with the family at this peaceful property situated in quiet location of only 2 Units. Comfortable townhouse close to Reddall Reserve - Lake Illawarra, Windang & Warilla Beach's & foreshore. Large playground, BBQ areas, swimming at a family friendly location only a short walk. 

2 car garage with remote for guests use. Large Split System air-conditioning in loungeroom and separate one main bedroom. Courtyard to sit and enjoy time just relaxing or for family time.

Fully functional kitchen with microwave. Washing machine, iron/board. Hair dryer. Property has every basic need for your breakaway. All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. BYO beach towels.
