Neat , tidy & comfortable. Lovely back yard & deck . Had all modern cons .
It said it sleeps 7 but there where only enough for 6 beds for 6 people.

Very comfortable stay
Nina was very wonderful and helpful. We just stayed for a night but the place was wonderful. We enjoyed a lot. House was very clean and Nina made sure our stay was good. Also the beach view in the morning made my mind to come back again.

Fantastic!
Lovely clean accommodation with everything you need - hot tub and fire pit top the day off. Easy walk to Jones beach, golf club and local shops, only a few minutes drive to the heart of Kiama💛Would stay again👍🏻

Perfect peaceful and relaxing
What a wonderful home to just relax and enjoy the view. We were worried about the train line, but is wasn’t noisy at all. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was really neat and clean. Nina is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful.

Wonderfull spot. Stayed for two nights. We love the Jacuzzi and the firepit. We also enjoyed the surrounding. Closed to Bombo, Jones beach and Kiama. Overall a great stay. Thanks Nina !

Perfect property for a quiet get away
Nina was very friendly and assisted us with any requests. She personally greeted us at the property, and showed us how to use the facilities. She directed us to local attractions. Would rent again!!! Wonderful

Perfect weekend escape
We came with the family to escape for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for more. Even the hard to please teenagers were impressed and entertained with the outdoor spa and day bed.

Catching-up with longtime friends.
If chilling with friends/rellos in a laidback environment is what you’re after, Beachy Keen has it in spades. It’s close to everything you need/want to experience and will appeal to young and old without the “bling” and “precociousness”. The Golf Club is not even a stone’s throw away and the meals were outstanding. In spite of the weather not being the best for our long-weekend, both parents and kids had lots to choose from (spa, fire-pit, BBQ, laze on the deck or daybed, stroll to & on the beach, swim - boys caught a few good waves at Jones Beach, watch a dvd etc). Nina is an excellent host and has done a wonderful job with making Beachy Keen a home-away-from-home. We had a great time and Kiama is beautiful part of the world. We’ll most certainly be back!!

Beach break
Nina's property offers a lovely getaway close to the beach, river and cute cafes. The backyard is lovely complete with firepit and hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great stay at Beachy Keen
Beachy Keen in Kiama Downs is located in a convenient spot to stage any South Coast holiday. Quick drive to the beaches and amenities around Kiama, you can’t ask for a better location that is high value for money and offers the comforts you expect ina holiday house. The outdoor deck, firepit and spa at the back were very welcoming indeed. Nina is a super responsive and gracious host and the house is super clean and had all the necessary items and utensils needed to eat in. Highest recommendation!

The place was nice but I think the photos were taken a long time ago as it needs a but more love.
The spa and fire pit where great. Even though we think the spa is due for a good clean. I didnt realise the train line backed on to the property ( a little noisy). We found the plants and grass all over grown and the place was in need of some general maintenance. The kitchen was well equiped and soon worked out how to reset the dishwasher when is shorted out. Overall we had a good time but felt the place needs some work.

Pleasant break
Very comfortable, spacious, clean and attractive living and sleeping areas. We really needed to de - stress and specially enjoyed relaxing in the spa pool, watching a golden full moon rising. Also being able to go for a lovely walk along the riverside, without needing to take a car. Thanks, our stay was delightful

Nina met us there and showed us how everything worked. Comfy, clean, great beds and pillows. Has everything you need plus more. We had really crappy weather so was a great cozy place to hide for the weekend. Didn't get to use firepit or hot tub due to wild winds and rain but lovely addition. Would happily stay again

Lovely place to stay
The house was comfortable and the outside fire and hot tub were fun additions. Also the location, which was next to the golf club and short walk to the shop/coffee/beach was great. Nina was a good host, welcoming us and texting us one evening to see if we required a heater. Nice surrounding area to explore!
