Cabin on the Hill family friendly

"We had a lovely stay at the cabin. Pamela was communicative, everything we needed was there, and it was so peaceful and cozy. One thing that could be improved is to make sure to get the code from the renter a day prior to travel, because when we arrived, we had no signal outside, and couldn't get a WI-FI connection to get the code to get in, because the password was inside :) But that is a lesson learned. Other than that, thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"We had the best getaway at this lake house! Everything was so clean and exactly like the description. We enjoyed setting on the deck and watching the boats go in and out of the marina."

"We had a very enjoyable, relaxing, and peaceful stay at your Island cabin on the lake!! We enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the porch just staring out at the lake enjoying being still and being in nature!! We had a hummingbird come visit us:) We enjoy watching the geese swim across the lake! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves!! We enjoyed fishing a lot and took the little boat for a ride!! We did not have a fire because it was just too hot when we were there, thank you for providing some fire wood that was nice!! We took a ride to explore the area we went to Somerset for lunch at the Cumberland Grill overlooking the lake!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us we created memories to back home with us!! "Enjoy the little things" John and Debbie"

"House was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. Unfortunately, the weather was too hot to enjoy the balcony and it had just stormed so the chairs were a little dirty, but the view was excellent. Great communication with the host. Easy to find and it was close to several restaurants and stores if you forgot amenities. Not overly detailed requirements to check out, which was appreciated."

"We only stayed here overnight for a new place to stay so we came in the evening and left in the morning. We didn't get to experience the amenities like swimming but the place was very pretty. One thing I didn't like was check inside the pub so when I got there it was pretty loud and hard to hear. The room was across from the pool so it was loud until quiet time and it seemed like everyone then relaxed. I would definitely stay here again but maybe get there earlier to check out the pool, fitness center, and game room. Free wifi and the ac worked really well, bed was a little hard for me but my husband liked it. Coffee in the room was Folgers so better than most"

"My family and I where there for are annual fishing trip. I had trouble pulling my boat up to the house. I got stuck on top of the hill there. Lisa had called me because my family had a hard time with alarm system and she open the lock and turned off the alarm. I told her I was stuck on top of the hill. She told me they don’t pull there boat up there they put there on the concrete pad as you come in. They let me put my boat there which made it much easier. Thank you for that Lisa. We did not catch any fish because it was too hot. Even though we did not catch any fish we enjoyed being out on the boat enjoying the beautiful scenery on the lake. Plus going back to there beautiful home and enjoying that."

"The cottage is in a really nice neighborhood and was very clean. Boat parking was excellent and lake access was only a few minutes away. We used the Lilly Creek boat launch area. During the middle of the week, we had the area almost to ourselves. A new restaurant in the area called Timber Pointe Tavern served excellent food with good size portions at a fair price. If you are looking to eat out, this is one place that I would recommend. The available grill was much appreciated for cooking several of our evening meals. We also greatly enjoyed the fire pit area. If you sent a text to the host asking questions, you got a response very quickly, usually within 30 minutes."
