Located directly on Pfarrsee, a beautiful lake perfect for swimming and fishing, the holiday home sits on a well-maintained 6,000-square-meter lot featuring a house and garden. A garden gate provides direct access to the swimming beach. Guests have access to a seating area in the garden in front of the house’s bay window, bicycle parking, and a parking space. <br>The approximately 130-square-meter non-smoking house spans two floors. The lower level features a large living room with a bay window and lake views, a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate guest bathroom. Upstairs, via the staircase, are a large bedroom with lake views and access to the balcony, as well as another bedroom (double bed). The windows are equipped with insect screens. The holiday home has central heating available year-round. <br>The total price includes final cleaning. To be paid on site: security deposit of €150; water, electricity, and heating costs are billed based on usage. Guests may bring their own bed linens and towels or rent them. Bicycles can be rented for a fee. The entire property is exclusively for the guests’ use.<br>The village of Wokuhl is located directly on the eastern edge of the Müritz National Park, home to the Serrahn Beech Forest (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site). The centrally located town of Wokuhl, situated between the royal seat of Neustrelitz (approx. 9 km), the waterfront town of Fürstenberg/Havel (approx. 14 km), and Lychen (approx. 15 km), offers numerous opportunities for day trips. The region is rich in forests and lakes, offering ideal conditions for active holidaymakers and anglers.<br>Neustrelitz is known for its historic market square, city centre, warehouse and harbour areas, palace gardens, palace church, palace grounds, orangery, Slavic village, zoo, Theatre Tanzkompanie, and museum.<br>
