, our modern, 45 m² upstairs apartment with a balcony, is centrally located in the heart of Carolinensiel yet in a very quiet area. It is part of a block of six
townhouses, each containing two residential units.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to make life easy: dishwasher,
electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and toaster.

In the living area, you’ll find a couch, satellite TV, radio/CD player, books, and games. Wi-Fi
is included.

The small, cosy bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm, 2 mattresses) and
a wardrobe; there’s also room here
for the provided travel cot, suitable for a child up to 2 years old.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washer-dryer.

On the balcony, you’ll find a table and chairs for relaxing in the sun in the afternoon.

You can lock up your bicycles in the newly built bike storage room.

Each apartment has a parking space for your car in front of the building.
