  • Apartment house with 48 apartments. The high-quality equipped 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. In the apartment can spend 63 sqm up to 6 people a wonderful holiday. The comfortable living room with TV and integrated kitchen invites you to linger. The 2 separate bedrooms offer restful nights for 4 people. Furthermore, the stylish apartment has a shower room and a sauna. On arrival 2 beds are made and towels are ready for you. WiFi is accessible without cost. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

    The historic building with its 48 exclusive holiday apartments is located right at the top of the Wismar harbor. From each apartment you have a spectacular view of the harbor, the bay of Wismar or the beautiful old town. In 2018 the Ohlerich Speicher was completely renovated. He has a lift.

Tolle Tage bei Sturm verbracht

Wir haben zu dritt ein tolles Wochenende bei Sturm im alten Speicher in Wismar verbracht. Die Aussicht war super. Unser Sohn hatte sein Teleskop mitgebracht und konnte zusehen, wie die Schiffe im Hafen entladen wurden. Es war eine tolle Stimmung dort. Wir haben die Sauna sehr genossen auch sehr gut in den gemütlichen Betten geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
