Great communication. Location is OK. Hot water and heat didn’t work upon check in but property manager walked me through how to fix. Could have been cleaner but not bad. Overall good experience.

The property is in quite area but there is some disturbing foot steps from flat above.
The property was clean. However there was no heating due to the boiler had low water pressure. The bins were all over filled, no space for our wastes to put. There were many households things discarded ( like fly tipping) at the left side of the gate outside that doesn't look nice.
We loved the cute town. The location was great. It was a little unpleasant to go in and out of the apartment with the full trash cans right next to the door. The apartment itself could have been better. The two twin beds that were put together for a king didn't fit together very well. There was a large gap between them, which made it hard to snuggle with my hubby. Every morning, we were awakened by loud footprints running up and down the apartment upstairs. It made it very hard to adjust to the current time zone. The water heater was terrible as well. We could not figure it out completely and we couldn't get any response from the management company to fix it since there were no instructions left anywhere in the apartment.
