"My only complaint would be that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was a king bed and the mattress was very old and I could feel the springs in it. The bed was too low and a newer, higher mattress would be a fix for that. The staff was very polite and accommodating and the morning breakfast was good. The location was right in the center of an area that provided shopping and dining options "

"I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at this “resort.” While it is listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, my experience, and even Google ratings, tell a very different story. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property does not match the images advertised. The location is misleading; it is situated at the far end of a golf course, which was not accurately represented in the listing. The overall presentation and atmosphere fell well below expectations for a resort of this supposed rating. Due to these concerns, I made the decision to leave shortly after arriving and booked accommodations at the Westin instead. I strongly encourage the property to be more transparent and accurate in how they present themselves online. Guests rely on those details when making travel decisions, and this experience did not reflect what was promised."

"Hotel was fine overall. Check in was smooth. Front desk was neither friendly nor rude. Room was fine. There were no vents in bathroom for circulation (just an observation). Breakfast was OK. Considering this hotel was priced higher for the area overall would have appreciated a friendly front desk and breakfast area atmosphere, somewhat more attentiveness to guests. Very convenient for travelers in town for games at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Complex."

"Was there 2 weeks, not a single room clean. Had to call to get garbage changed everyday and leave it out. Water was cold for 2day. Breakfast is the same mediocre food each day. Towels smell like smoke. streaks all over tv, mirrors etc. also pull out couch is not a proper way to sleep . All wires sticking out. The only positive is that it’s next door to wiregrass. Other then that do not book"

"Great studio. Description and pictures are exactly what it looks like. It was the perfect place for me during my six day getaway. Had everything I needed, it was quiet, clean and incredible sunsets. Location is super convenient. Will be returning! "
