"When checked in room had a strong smell from the cleaning products, couldn’t breath, had to set AC high to air it. And shower cabin smelled very strong, had to shower with open door. Entrance door had a huge floor gap, during night had to put some towels to close it. Other than that it was a nice room in a great location. Check out frond desk was very friendly. We didn’t eat their breakfast, but they have it. Was close to all needed localities. "

"The young lady at the desk was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet and is in a really good location for business in Tampa. We've stayed at other places a few years ago but only stay at this location in the past 2 years because there is absolutely no negatives on this place! I retired from Commercial flying worldwide for 42 years and 13 years as an OTR Coast to Coast driver so we know a little about hotels, and this is our Florida favorite!"

"My only complaint would be that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was a king bed and the mattress was very old and I could feel the springs in it. The bed was too low and a newer, higher mattress would be a fix for that. The staff was very polite and accommodating and the morning breakfast was good. The location was right in the center of an area that provided shopping and dining options "

"We reached out to the property manager initially with questions and they were very prompt in answering. We received a property guide with all check in information and the key code timely. The condo was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the patio in the morning with our coffee, overlooking the golf course. Very peaceful resort setting. Convenient to restaurants, shops, activities in Wesley Chapel and not far from Tampa. We would 100% book again. "
