Welcome to our charming room, which is perfect for two people. With a generous area of 21 square meters, it offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, it ensures a restful night’s sleep. A modern TV is available for you to enjoy your favorite shows. There is a balcony.

The adjoining shower room is both practical and stylishly designed, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing shower after a long day.

On the first floor, you’ll find our inviting common areas, where breakfast is served depending on the season. There, you’ll find a snack machine and a coffee machine offering a variety of specialty drinks. There’s also a foosball table and plenty of other entertainment options.

Right next door at Smart Resorts B&B 2, you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens for self-catering, where you can relax with other guests or prepare delicious meals. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use at any time.

Each room is individually designed and features its own shower room and a TV to ensure you have a relaxing stay.

With contactless access, you’ll enjoy maximum independence, and while our front desk isn’t staffed around the clock, it’s available 24/7 via a hotline. For just 9.90 EUR per person per night, you can optionally add breakfast to your booking. Three fully equipped communal kitchens as well as several inviting common areas with foosball and other recreational options are at your disposal. In addition, coffee and snack vending machines provide little moments of enjoyment throughout the day. To help protect the environment, rooms are not cleaned daily.
