The condo was perfect. The front door steps go directly out to the crosswalk to the town area with shops, restaurants and many activities. The location was perfect. The condo was amazing, clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed for the week and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and drinking our coffee in the perfect weather. The upstairs hot tub and fire pit area was so great! We took advantage of the discounts offered for horseback riding and water rafting and had a blast. We would definitely stay here again. One of the better units we've stayed in at Winter Park. We have stayed at Zeyphr/Founders/Fraser's 20+ times over the last few years and we really liked this unit. Everything our family needed or wanted to do was within walking distance from our room. From the Alpine Slide to the Gondola and mini Golf and more we found something for everyone to enjoy! Our whole family had a great time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I loved that it was on the 2nd floor and had direct access so we didn't have to go through a lobby and up elevators, etc. Parking was easy. Many restaurants within walking distance. You will have to have a car to get to a grocery store or you can have groceries delivered. Main gondola is also walking distance. ##### Sarah N. Hug hot tub and ski in ski out were both is the title of the property description. Hot tub was not working, and you had to walk down a flight of stairs, across a road over a bridge and through a courtyard with your ski boots on to get to the nearest lift. That is not ski in ski out.
