Gather your family and furry companion for a luxurious yet inviting retreat. The unit, located on the second floor, is accessible via an elevator and boasts a tastefully decorated living room with large windows that offer scenic views. It features a cozy area to relax, complete with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the private deck provides stunning views of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining area with a spacious table that seats six people. The large kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that accommodates four, making it ideal for a quick meal before venturing outdoors to enjoy various activities. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, along with an additional twin bed, allowing it to accommodate up to four children. This room also features a television with an XBOX for entertainment. Additionally, a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main hallway for guest use. Located on the second floor of the building, guests can use the shared elevator for easy access. PARKING: Only two designated spots are available. The complex is ideally situated adjacent to the Rendezvous Event Center, which hosts a variety of music, culinary, and fitness events throughout the summer. In the winter, the Rendezvous Event Center transforms into a sledding hill suitable for individuals of all ages. Guests can conveniently stroll the half block to Main Street in the downtown area or utilize the complimentary town shuttle, making it an excellent ski getaway or summer retreat for couples or small families. The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year. Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Very spacious and well appointed. Lot's of supplies for cooking and entertaining. Laundry was a plus as was the deck. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Just an FYI, no hanging options for primary bedroom for any clothing. The bunk room mattresses could use an update....seems as if the lower bunk has been around for a while :). Probably fine for little ones, but older adults would not be too comfortable. There were only two of us this trip, but it would be ideal for a family trip. The common area is spacious and perfectly laid out for family dinners and fun. The gas fireplace was super cozy. My husband even commented that the property was so nice, he kind of wanted to just stay in and enjoy it. Elevator was a great option as well! Only complaint is that we could hear EVERYTHING going on at the outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it kinda noisy at times. We were our and about during the day, but there was one night where people were yelling until around 11\. Didn't ruin our stay at all, but something to consider when renting, especially in the summer when you want the windows open. ##### Christina F.
